Secret Garden entry runs in timed sessions of 50 visitors, and tickets released six days in advance cannot be guaranteed, so BYTREND secures your tickets on the day by queuing on site. Your preferred entry time, or the official garden commentary in your preferred language, may not be available. If entry is unavailable on your date, an alternative — Changgyeonggung Palace or Sungkyunkwan — is arranged at no extra cost.
On-site ticketing requires a passport image for every guest. After booking, please email a photo of each guest's passport page to ceo@bytrend.co.kr no later than the day before your tour.
