(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses the following Personal Information Processing Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will implement necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Website Membership Registration and Management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming intention to register as a member, identifying and authenticating individuals in connection with membership services, maintaining and managing membership status, verifying identity under the limited identity verification system, preventing fraudulent use of services, confirming legal guardian consent when processing personal information of children under the age of 14, providing various notices and notifications, and handling grievances.

2. Provision of Goods or Services
Personal information is processed for the purposes of delivering goods, providing services, sending contracts and invoices, providing content, offering customized services, identity verification, age verification, payment and settlement of fees, and debt collection.

3. Handling Grievances
Personal information is processed for the purposes of verifying the identity of complainants, confirming the details of complaints, contacting and notifying for fact-finding, and communicating the results of handling.

Article 2 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
① The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and use period stipulated by law or the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.
② The retention and use periods for each category of personal information are as follows:

1. Website Membership Registration and Management : Until withdrawal from the business/organization website
However, in the following cases, until the relevant reason is resolved:
1) If an investigation is ongoing due to a violation of relevant laws and regulations — until the investigation is concluded
2) If outstanding credits or debts remain from use of the website — until such credits and debts are settled


2. Provision of Goods or Services : Until the supply of goods/services is completed and payment/settlement is finalized
However, in the following cases, until the end of the relevant period:
1) Records related to transactions such as advertisements, contract details and fulfillment under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:
- Records of advertisements : 6 months
- Records of contracts, withdrawal of offers, payment, and supply of goods : 5 years
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution : 3 years
2) Retention of communication confirmation data under Article 41 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act:
- Date and time of subscriber telecommunications, start/end time, counterpart subscriber number, frequency of use, location tracking data of originating base station : 1 year
- Computer communications, internet log records, access location tracking data : 3 months


Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
① The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the consent of the data subject or under special provisions of the law. In all other cases, the Company does not provide the data subject's personal information to third parties.
② For smooth service provision, the Company may provide personal information to third parties to the minimum extent necessary, with the consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 17(1)(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act, in the following cases:

② When entering into entrustment agreements, the Company specifies in contracts and other documents matters regarding prohibition of processing personal information beyond the scope of the entrusted tasks, technical and administrative protective measures, restrictions on sub-entrustment, supervision and oversight of trustees, and liability including compensation for damages, in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises whether trustees handle personal information securely.
③ If the content of entrusted tasks or the trustee changes, the Company will promptly disclose such changes through this Personal Information Processing Policy.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them)

① Data subjects may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the Company at any time:
1. Request to access personal information
2. Request for correction if there are errors
3. Request for deletion
4. Request to suspend processing
② Rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised against the Company in writing, by phone, email, or fax, and the Company will take action without delay.
③ If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
④ Rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a legal representative of the data subject or a person authorized by the data subject. In such cases, a power of attorney in accordance with the form in Annex No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
⑤ Data subjects must not infringe upon the personal information or privacy of themselves or others that the Company is processing in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act or other related laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① When personal information becomes unnecessary — due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose — the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay.
② If personal information must continue to be retained under other laws and regulations despite the expiration of the agreed retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the personal information is transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
③ The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows:
1. Destruction Procedure
The Company selects personal information for which a reason for destruction has arisen and destroys it upon approval from the Company's Personal Information Protection Officer.
2. Destruction Method
The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format in a manner that prevents the records from being reproduced, and destroys personal information recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or incineration.

Article 8 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

2. Technical measures : Access authority management for personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security programs

Article 9 (Installation and Operation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices and the Right to Refuse)
① The Company uses 'cookies' that store and retrieve usage information in order to provide individually customized services to users.
